Tacrolimus Adverse Effects

I'm not seeing in any of my other resources that Tacrolimus is associated with the skin changes mentioned in this question, nor any of the other mentioned drugs. Could someone possibly explain or point me to a resource with this information?

Question:
A 45-year-old woman reports to the clinic with a rash and a fever. Her medical history is significant for a heart transplant 1 year ago. On physical examination, there is hyperpigmentation, erythema, and thickening of the skin. Skin biopsy shows inflammation and necrosis. Which immunosuppressant medication, taken for preventing transplant rejection, is responsible for this side effect?
Options:
A)Cyclosporine
B)Prednisone
C)Rapamycin
D)Mycophenolate mofetil
E)Tacrolimus
