my concerns about NTG has direct effect on BP by reducing preload rather than afterload, even LSD will decrease volume and that will affect preload , low cholesterol have no direct immediate effect as it reduces P/o Atherosclerosis and may work to < afterload on long basis. so why not preload over decreased SVR??
