Join us for a enlightening session titled "Reflections from Gaza." This unique webinar will provide insight into the complexities of delivering healthcare amidst conflict. Learn first-hand from medical professionals who have operated in these challenging conditions.

Basil Budair is a Foot & Ankle Orthopaedic Surgeon based in Birmingham, UK. He works on the Limb Reconstruction Project with IDEALS (International Disaster & Emergency Aid with Long-term Support) and has recently become a trustee of the charity. Before the war, Mr Budair visited Gaza four times, and he has returned twice since with another trip planned in the near future.

Ammar Darwish is a General Surgeon based in Manchester, UK. He is the Medical Director for the David Nott Foundation and has taken part in over 45 humanitarian missions worldwide, with his most recent being Gaza.
