We are committed to fostering Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) in every aspect of our events, and aim to create an environment where barriers to access are removed and voices from all backgrounds are heard and celebrated. Supported by Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management (FMLM) and NHS England Workforce, Training and Education directorate (formerly Health Education England), ESLIH is led by FMLM clinical fellows and alumni FMLM’s clinical fellow schemes as well as students.
