YiiRS: Yorkshire Imaging and Interventional Radiology Symposium
Summary
The Yorkshire Imaging and Interventional Radiology Symposium (YiiRS) is a one-day conference for doctors, allied healthcare professionals and aspiring students to explore the field of interventional radiology. Morning talks aim to inspire and provide insight into IR, covering topics such as INR, trauma IR, paediatric IR, interventional oncology. The afternoon consists of multiple interactive workshops, facilitating collaborative demonstrations between industry sponsors and clinicians to showcase the latest IR technology.
This event is organised by student committee from X-posure Leeds, current winners of the IRJ Undergraduate Radiology Society of the Year, RadSoc at Hull and York Medical School and doctors within Yorkshire. The conference will take place at the Worsley Building, Clarendon Way, Leeds LS2 9LU. Morning talks will begin at 9AM and the symposium will end at 5PM, please arrive at 8:30 for registration.
