1. To understand and gain confidence in the process of history-taking in relation to patients presenting with tiredness and anaemia in the context of the OSCE. 2. To develop skills in performing a thorough physical examination for patients with symptoms of tiredness and anaemia, and to interpret the findings correctly. 3. To learn how to conduct and interpret appropriate investigations for differential diagnosis in cases of tiredness and anaemia. 4. To be able to differentiate and diagnose the different causes of thyroid dysfunction and neck swelling related to tiredness and anaemia based on the history, examination, and investigation findings. 5. To apply the knowledge and skills learned through engaging with practice case scenarios that simulate the OSCE format.
