1. To understand the pathophysiology, diagnosis and treatment options of common cardiac conditions applicable to the OSCE examination. 2. To gain proficiency in explaining complex cardiac conditions to patients using layman's terms, thereby improving patient-physician communication. 3. To refine skills in interpreting and analysing cardiac diagnostic data, including blood tests, ECGs and cardiac imaging. 4. To develop efficient summarizing and structuring skills to present cardiac case history, examination findings, differential diagnoses, management plan and patient counseling in a time-bound OSCE scenario. 5. To foster critical thinking, clinical decision-making skills, and apply evidence-based medicine in diagnosing and managing cardiac patients.
