1. To understand the basic structure and components of thoracic anatomy, including the organs, tissues, and systems present in the thoracic cavity. 2. To explore the in-depth anatomical structure of lungs, heart and large blood vessels within the thoracic region, and their physiological functions. 3. To recognize the various muscle groups, bones, and joints that make up the upper limb and how they contribute to movement and function. 4. To identify the different nerve branches and blood vessels supplying the upper limb, and their role in sensation and motor control. 5. To apply the knowledge of thoracic and upper limb anatomy in the clinical context, identifying possible complications and understanding how to diagnose and manage common disorders and injuries.
