1. To understand the context and background of open fracture management in hospitals within Malawi before the implementation of the new guidelines. 2. To evaluate the impact the newly implemented Open Fracture Guidelines have had on patient outcomes and hospital processes in Malawi. 3. To critically analyze the findings presented in "An Assessment of Open Fracture Management in Hospitals in Malawi Before and Immediately After Implementing Open Fracture Guidelines" journal article. 4. To compare and contrast the open fracture management practices and guidelines globally and how they align or differ from those implemented in Malawi. 5. To identify potential areas of improvement in the current Open Fracture Guidelines and discuss possible recommendations or interventions that might enhance the management of open fractures in Malawi.
