The ESSS Undergraduate Surgical Teaching Series covers surgical topics at the level expected of clinical year students. The content is relevant to the Edinburgh Medical School curriculum and extremely useful for exams!

Sessions run throughout the year. Each session consists of a presentation followed by case discussions in small groups. Our third session is entitled ‘Neurotrauma’. This will be delivered by Dr Sara Venturini, a neurosurgical trainee and academic clinical fellow in neurosurgery at Addenbrooke’s Hospital and the University of Cambridge on Monday 18th October, 2021.
