This conference will include sessions on What we have and what we need to provide for the best Digital Health and Care, How we have tackled improving Digital Skills for Health and Care Staff in Scotland, How we have tackled improving Digital Skills for Health and Care Staff in England and How AI and Virtual Reality are transforming Patient Care in the UK. Learning Objectives

  • Network with colleagues who are working to improve patient care through the better use of technology
  • Learn from outstanding practice in digital health in hospital, general practice and in the community.
  • Reflect on national developments that are improving learning and providing more efficient care
  • Improve the way we interact with patients and clients in social care
  • Develop your skills in the use of the Electronic Patient Record
  • Understand how you can improve your time management with modern technology • Identify key strategies for caring for the patient without excessive “screen time”
  • “See one, do one, teach one” Learn the key issues in building collaboration in the delivery of health services
  • Become a better more efficient doctor/nurse/therapist/social care provider
  • Supports CPD professional development and acts as revalidation evidence. This course provides 10 Hrs training for CPD subject to peer group approval for revalidation purposes
