About our speakers:

Dr Aqua Asif

Having recently delivered the 123 SFP series (with Dr Ollie Burton and Dr Alex Ng), Dr Asif is eager to share her knowledge and insights about the Specialised Foundation Programme and things she wishes she had known!

As an Academic Foundation Doctor with a focus on urology and surgical education, she has made notable contributions to the medical field through her involvement with BURST, NSTS, ASiT, amongst other groups. As a fun fact, her motivation for research and collaboration was brought on by her gaming dad and brothers!

Mr Danyal Khan

Mr Khan is an NIHR Academic Neurosurgical Trainee at Queens Square Hospital. He completed his AFP doing research at the university of Cambridge and has an interest in surgical technology & innovation.
