1. To explore and understand different aspects of global health, including but not limited to global surgery and sustainability, through engaging discussions with three distinguished guest speakers. 2. To grasp key concepts in global health policy and innovation, and how they apply to current challenges in healthcare through the insightful presentations by Rebakaone Bowe, Yusuf Ben-Tarifite, and Naveen Cavale. 3. To analyze the impact and import of medical research by reviewing and engaging with six research presentations selected for the symposium. 4. To encourage critical thinking and active discussions among attendees through interactions with speakers and presentation of research work. 5. To recognize and understand the importance and potential of interdisciplinary collaboration in furthering global health initiatives and policy innovations, drawn from the diverse backgrounds and expertise of the speakers, such as Global Health Consulting, Medical Communications, Healthcare Conference Production, plastic and reconstructive surgery and medical education.
