In this new chapter of the F3 Series we’ll be delving into the experiences of even more junior doctors. They’ll share pearls of wisdom about how they secured their F3 position, what the job involved day-to-day, and giving tips and tricks on how you can achieve this too!

In this second episode we will be hearing from Dr Lauren Croft about her experiences working as both an internal and external locum in Leeds. She’ll be joined by our very own Portfolio Clinic team-member Dr Christian Hesford, who will also be talking about his F3 year doing ad-hoc locums at several central London hospitals.

Together they’ll give us their insights on flexible working, discuss the pros and cons of bank shifts, and dispel some of the common myths about life as a locum doctor.
