Join us for the 27th year of The Dukes' Club at our Annual Educational Weekend, 13 - 15th September 2024! As with previous years, the whole weekend is FREE, with talks relevant to a range of grades from early SHO to post-CCT, covering clinical and non-clinical topics you're unlikely to get elsewhere!

This year we will be in Oulton Hall hotel in Leeds 13 - 15th September 2024!

A refundable deposit will be requested 4 weeks prior to the event to confirm your place, and this will be returned following attendance.

Please note that you must be a Dukes' Club / ACPGBI Associate Member to attend this weekend in-person.

The weekend is free to attend, but we require a deposit to mitigate non-attendance. This amount will vary upon how many sessions and how many nights accommodation you select. It is not negotiable. Your deposit will be refunded following the event once your attendance has been verified.

The conference will be streamed live on MedAll. Please register for FREE for access online.

Learning objectives

  1. By the end of the Dukes' Club Annual Educational Weekend, participants in the courses should have gained skills in robotics, and laparoscopic techniques in the context of colorectal surgery.
  2. Participants will be able to engage in discourse and learn from the experiences of acclaimed keynote speakers, thereby increasing their understanding of current concepts and trends in the field of colorectal surgery.
  3. Delegates should acquire effective techniques and strategies to assist in preparation for the FRCS part 1 and part 2 examinations.
  4. Participants will have the opportunity to network with colleagues and senior experts in the field, enabling collaboration and knowledge-sharing beyond the event.
  5. By the end of the event, attendees should have a broader understanding of both clinical and non-clinical colorectal topics, beyond what is typically offered in standard educational programs.
