What Matters Most

An overview of why the discussions and decisions around recommended escalation plans are so important when caring for older people and a workshop on how to approach them. During this session, you will hear from two experienced care of the elderly doctors about how they would approach challenging conversations and decision-making through a series of cases and how medical students and early career doctors can have a role in the process.
