In this episode we're chatting to Dr. Samir Abdelkarim who spent his F3 year working as an Ultrasound Fellow in a London A&E department. He'll share his reasoning for undertaking this clinical fellow as opposed to spending his time locumming. In addition, he wil shed some light on the process of keeping up a portfolio once out of the Foundation Programme.
