Aim The aim of this session is to provide information to dental professionals about how adults learn so that they can support a trainee dental nurse in their dental practice. Objective By the end of the session you should be able to: Highlight how adults learn Indicate formal and informal ways of learning Discuss ways to provide feedback Identify appropriate ways to communicate Be aware of resourses from the National Examination Board for Dental Nurses Learning content This training session is intended to be an interactive workshop to help dental professionals to create a learning environment to support trainee dental nurses in general practice.
