Our first surgical skills workshop of the year is here!

The session will take place at Southampton General Hospital and will be led by Mr Aiman Alzetani, Consultant Cardiothoracic Surgeon, and senior cardiac fellows. The workshop will introduce participants to key cardiothoracic surgical techniques and skills including:

  • Coronary anastomosis
  • Aortic valve replacement
  • Video-assisted thoracoscopy (VATS)
  • Laparoscopic simulation

Come and learn more about the exciting specialty of cardiothoracic surgery at this workshop. If you have an interest in cardiothoracic surgery, regardless of your previous experience, this is an opportunity you do not want to miss!

Tickets are £25 with £20 from each ticket being donated to charity (Medical Aid for Palestine).
