This teaching series will cover the role of nutritional interventions in sports-related goals, including muscle hypertrophy, sports performance, healthy weight loss, preventing muscle atrophy, preventing & treating injuries to the brain and bones, and avoiding relative energy deficiency syndrome (RED-S).

Slides & certificates will be sent out after each tutorial!

Summary

Tutorial 3/6 This online session will provide an overview of what comprises weight weight. This will include an introduction into different motivations for weight loss and the corresponding nutritional strategies to do so in a healthy way, underlining the importance of protein. A critical analysis of a scientific study will also be covered. Slides & certificates will be sent out after each tutorial!
