1. To understand the basic principles and techniques of ultrasound (US) guided Intravenous (IV) access and midline insertions. 2. To gain hands-on experience in performing US guided IV access and midline insertions under the guidance of experienced clinicians. 3. To identify potential complications and challenges during US guided IV access and midline insertions, and learn how to prevent and manage them effectively. 4. To strengthen their decision-making skills in scenarios where US guided IV access and midline insertion are necessary and beneficial for the patient. 5. To reflect on their own practice and incorporate the skills and knowledge gained during the teaching session into their own clinical routines for improved patient care.
