Description

Welcome to session number 5 in our finals revision series: Neurology!

This will be presented by academic F1 doctor, Ashvin Kuri who has specialist interest in neurology and neurosurgery, having been chair of the Neurology and Neurosurgery Interest Group (NANSIG) for 2023-24.

The session will be run via zoom, with a format of MCQs followed by teaching slides which will available to attendees on filling in a feedback form.

Learning objectives

1. To revise and further understanding of different neurological conditions, their causes, symptoms, pathophysiology, and potential treatments. 2. To answer MCQs in the style of the UKMLA and work through the answers with teaching slides 3. To work through the MLA content map for neurology, helping attendees to highlight gaps in their revision 4. To explain what worked well for the presented when they revised for finals 5. To engage in constructive discussion and queries during the interactive zoom session in order to aid peer learning
