1. By the end of the session, participants will be able to identify and differentiate between various types of anaemia and correctly diagnose them based on patient symptoms and lab findings. 2. Participants will gain knowledge on the pathophysiology underlying different types of anaemia, equipping them with a comprehensive understanding of the disease process. 3. The session will enable participants to understand the various treatment options for different types of anaemia, and make informed decisions for their patients' treatment plans. 4. Participants will learn about haemoglobinopathies, their clinical presentations, diagnosis, and management strategies, enabling them to provide appropriate care for these patients. 5. By the end of the session, participants will have an understanding of the relationship between fatigue and anaemia, and be able to counsel patients effectively on the same, enhancing their patient communication skills.
