Dr Jonathan Mrewa is currently the Project lead for the "Play Study" based at Zvitambo Institute of Maternal and Child Health Research. He holds a PhD in Human Sciences Sociology, University of KwaZulu Natal, South Africa, and Masters in Social Science at both Africa University and Zimbabwe Open University. He also holds Bachelors in Monitoring and Evaluation at Lupane State University and Batchelor of Arts degree from University of Zimbabwe. He previously worked as a Research Fellow at Tugwi Mukosi Multidisciplinary Research Institute and was Family Strengthening Program Coordinator for SOS Children’s Villages International from 2018-2022.
