1. To comprehend the current RICU simulation process and identify its strengths and limitations when applied to senior ICM training. 2. To recognize and explore different approaches to improving the delivery of simulation training in an intensive care setting. 3. To develop a critical understanding of the learning needs and styles of senior ICM trainees to enhance the effectiveness of the simulation training. 4. To engage in discussions and collaborations with fellow faculty members, sharing experiences and ideas to refine the existing RICU simulation training procedure. 5. To design, plan and propose amendments, innovations or strategies to the RICU simulation training program to better cater to senior ICM trainees, utilizing feedback and insights gained from the teaching session.
