Aim(s): The aim of this session is to refresh hands-on clinical dental skills through use of the Simodont dental trainer. Objectives: At the end of the session delegates should have: Refreshed manual dexterity skills Refreshed skills whilst using indirect vision Accurately prepared cavities for direct restoration Demonstrated appropriate endodontic access cavity preparation Carried out a range of indirect restoration preparations to refine motor skills Learning Content: This training session is intended to improve manual dexterity skills with the use of the Simodont dental training unit.
