1. By the end of the session, attendees will be able to identify and understand the necessary preparatory steps they need to take prior to starting in medical practice. 2. Participants should be able to develop a comprehensive understanding of various administrative tasks and documents required for medical practice, including but not limited to insurance, license renewals, immunizations and certifications. 3. The participants should be able to recognize the roles and necessities of different regulatory bodies in medicine such as General Medical Council (GMC), British Medical Association (BMA), and understand how to engage with them effectively. 4. By the end of the course, participants should be able to evaluate and select job positions suitable for their first two years of Foundation Program, considering the pros and cons of each role. 5. Participants will learn how to set themselves up for early success in their medical careers by effectively utilizing these administrative and preparatory guidelines.
