Description

Dr Michael Greger is an eminent, world-leading physician and author in lifestyle medicine. He’s written numerous award-winning books, including ‘How Not To Die!'

Dr Greger takes no payment for his work, helping us trust his motivation to ensure we become more aware of health outcomes.

Lifestyle Medicine is evidence-based, clinical care that supports behaviour change through person-centred techniques to improve mental wellbeing, social connection, healthy eating (whole food plant-based diets), physical activity, sleep and minimisation of harmful substances and behaviours.

The event will be hosted at the University of East Anglia, Norwich, and is free to all!

Dr Greger is joining us at 8:30 pm for a live Q&A from the US.

We will watch a short video on his latest publication ‘How Not To Age!’ prior to the Q&A.

We are also very pleased to have Kate Dunbar join us to talk about her experience with WFPB diets and Psoriatic Arthritis.

There will be time for networking.
