To critically analyze the available scientific literature on primary hip surgery, debating the findings that recommend one approach over another based on various patient factors. 4. To comprehend the implications of different surgical approaches on patient recovery, rehabilitation and long-term function, with emphasis on evidence-based practices. 5. To enhance the skills required to make informed decisions and discussions with patients about the most suitable surgical approach for their condition, based on a comprehensive understanding of the hip anatomy, surgical approaches, scientific evidence and individual patient circumstances.
