This teaching session is designed to help you prepare for your transition from medical student to FY1 and learn the complex skill of producing an accurate and concise discharge summary. Dr Zeidan will provide you with the tools to differentiate between clinical notes and summaries, assess patients’ readability, and ensure discharge summaries feature key components.
