Aims: Familiarisation with current concepts in rubber dam isolation, enamel & dentine bonding and resin bonding agents. Familiarisation with contemporary composite resin materials and their handling as well as protocols for matrix selection To complete a practical build up of a Class 2 posterior cavity on plastic teeth
Objectives: -Demonstrate a greater understanding of the current principles involved in dentine bonding and resin composite systems -Familiarise themselves with rubber dam placement and using new composite instruments, wedging and matrix systems -Familiarise themselves with systematic placement, shaping and polishing techniques for Class 2 posterior composite restorations
