Participants will gain insights into mental health issues in aviation, understanding how stress and fatigue can impact pilot performance, and ways to mitigate these risks. 5. The teaching session will enable learners to understand the principles of fitness to fly assessments, including the key health markers that are considered and the follow-up protocols involved in this process.
