Develop a differential diagnosis list for a child or young person presenting with a limp, suggest appropriate initial investigations to confirm a diagnosis and give options for management

Core conditions:

- Arthritis (idiopathic, septic)

- Fracture

- Irritable hip (patients presenting with a limp)
