OSCE SESSION - Neurology upper and lower limb examination (DUNDEE)
Summary
This OSCE session will provide an in-depth examination of the neurologic assessment of the upper and lower limbs. This interactive session is tailored to the needs of medical professionals and will include practical demonstrations of the neurologic assessment of upper and lower extremities. Participants will gain knowledge that can be immediately applied to clinical practice.
Learning objectives

By the end of the session, participants will be able to demonstrate a systematic examination of upper and lower limbs and assess reflexes and sensation in each limb.

By the end of the session, participants will be able to identify normal and abnormal reflexes and describe different peripheral nerve processes in the upper and lower limbs.

By the end of the session, participants will be able to accurately assess peripheral nerve function and share observations verbally using internationally accepted terminology.

By the end of the session, participants will be able to accurately explain the anatomy of the upper and lower limbs.

By the end of the session, participants will be able to ask key questions during an OSCE consultation to determine the most appropriate neurological diagnosis.
