1. To improve the participants' knowledge of the principles and practices involved in OSCE Information Giving & Medicacy Counselling for effective communication with patients. 2. To develop participants' understanding of how to clearly and accurately explain medication uses, dosages, side effects, potential risks and the importance of adherence to therapy regimes. 3. To enhance participants' skills to deliver patient-centered medication counselling, including the ability to address patient concerns and misconceptions, leading to increased patient compliance. 4. To provide participants with strategies to effectively deliver difficult or complex medication-related information in a manner that is easily understandable by patients and their families. 5. To train participants in utilizing active listening and empathy in their interactions with patients, thus improving overall patient satisfaction and outcomes.
