Second, to familiarise the participants with the standard framework and protocols used in medical handovers, such as the ISBAR (Introduction, Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendation) method. 3. Third, to equip participants with the ability to effectively prioritise patients based on their condition, urgency of intervention, and available resources in order to facilitate optimal patient care. 4. Fourth, to engage participants in a series of role-plays to simulate real-life handover scenarios to assess and refine their communication, data synthesis, and decision-making skills. 5. Fifth, to make the participants aware of the potential challenges that can occur during a handover process, and to consider strategies to overcome these, enhancing the safety and quality of patient care.
