Understand how to effectively conduct a physical examination for a patient presenting with an orthopaedic emergency. 4. Gain skills in interpreting and understanding imaging results related to orthopedic emergencies such as fractures, dislocations, and other traumatic injuries. 5. Improve decision-making skills regarding when to refer patients to specialized care or when immediate, onsite intervention is required. Provide the appropriate intervention or referral as necessary.
