NSATS are delighted to announce the next session of the series - Session 9: Upper Limb & Trauma and Orthopaedics on Wednesday 30th November 2022, 6-8pm 😍
PART 1: PEER-ASSISTED TEACHING - Upper Limb anatomy teaching led by senior medical students (intercalated in BSc Clinical Anatomy) 😍
PART 2: SURGICAL APPLICATION - Surgical teaching led by an expert surgeon taking you through the surgical anatomy of common procedures in Trauma & Orthopaedics.
Introducing your Expert Surgeon for the evening: Ms Rachel Mahoney 😍💪
Returning for a second year in the row, Ms Mahoney is a ST5 Trauma & Orthopaedic Registrar at Birmingham Women’s and Children’s Hospital. Her specialist interests are in hand surgery. ‘A real believer in the see one, do one philosophy, and that orthopaedics is the best job ever - it’s just most people haven’t realised it yet!’
