PART 2: SURGICAL APPLICATION - Surgical teaching led by an expert surgeon taking you through the surgical anatomy of common procedures in Trauma & Orthopaedics.π¦΅
Introducing your Expert Surgeon for the evening: Ms Olivia Payton π
Ms Olivia Payton is a senior trauma and orthopaedic registrar currently working in the Coventry & Warwick West Midlands Deanery. She has specialist interests in paediatric orthopaedic surgery. Ms Payton graduated from the University of East Anglia (UEA) in 2009 and completed her foundation and basic surgical training in the East of England. She enjoys teaching and has completed a PGCert in medical education with merit in 2020. Outside of work she loves the outdoors and enjoys hiking and cycling with her husband on their tandem!! βοΈπ΄π»ββοΈ

βοΈ Principles of trauma and orthopaedic surgery
βοΈ Posterior approaches to the hip
βοΈ Surgical technique of a total hip replacement
βοΈ Ankle fracture repair
