Are you interested in learning more about becoming a leader in medicine? Want to enact change and help improve the quality of care and make meaningful change?
The National Undergraduate Leadership Series was set up in 2021 in collaboration with the Exeter, Glasgow, King's and Nottingham medical leadership societies, with the aim of introducing the role of medical leadership and how this can be applied to clinical practice.
With our first session in our new season, we are joined by Dr Veena Aggarwal with her talk on Climate Leadership.
Dr Aggarwal is a GP trainee in Southwest London who has recently finished a fellowship as a Chief Sustainability Officer’s Clinical Fellow based in the Primary Care team and the Greener NHS team at NHS England and NHS Improvement. She has practiced medicine in the UK and New Zealand, and is passionate about sustainable healthcare, global health and preventative medicine. She is also a co-chair of Greener Practice, South London.
