Summary

The first session of Moynihan Academy's "Family Matters in Surgery" series will cover how to effectively manage pregnancy and parental leave during surgical training. Discussion topics will include lived experiences of parenthood during and outwith training, your rights as parents, and how to make the most of parental leave as a surgeon. Medical professionals at all levels and from all specialities are encouraged to attend to get advice and guidance on managing family during training.
