Dr Michael Davidson will be coming to give us a talk about Alzheimer's dementia. Dr Michael Davidson is a licensed psychiatrist in both Israel and the United States. He has been awarded extensive grants in order to further his research into Bipolar, Alzheimer's and Schizophrenia. He has published over 300 papers in prestigious journals and has also undertaken many advisory positions on boards for companies such as Pfizer, Roche and Johnson & Johnson. He is currently the chairman of the department of psychiatry at the University of Nicosia and has extensive experience in medical education.

This event is part of our series about Mind Body and Health and will be followed by a patient perspective so come along to learn more about the biochemical basis of Alzheimer's in preparation for hearing about how people are affected by the disease.
