On Saturday the 20th of May, we have a special Kahoot event planned.

Join us and improve your understanding of stress and how important it is to manage stress properly. Re-evaluate how stress can play a big part in your daily life, and knowing how to de stress can help you feel much better.

This event is Part 1 of a 3-part series on mental health awareness.

You will be given a Kahoot link and at teams of 2 or 3 will answer the questions💡

Certificate of attendance will be provided at the end of the session, so please join us on the day to learn more about stress!
