Participants should be able to demonstrate knowledge of comprehensive diagnosis techniques for identifying the source of a child's limping, including physical examination, diagnostic imaging and laboratory tests. 3. Participants will be able to interpret and analyse case studies in order to establish an accurate diagnosis and decide on suitable treatment options for a limping child. 4. Participants will be able to discuss the range of potential treatments available, such as medication, physiotherapy, and surgical interventions, matching them appropriately to different causes and severities of limping. 5. Participants will be able to display an understanding of the psychological impact of a limping condition on a child and their family, and suggest ways to discuss diagnoses and treatments in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
