This teaching session is designed for medical professionals to learn more about the KUMEC Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) and the Family Facilitated Model (FF). Participants will gain an improved understanding of the clinical model as well as ways to find and utilize support networks for their patients. The session is insightful and offers practical applications with potential to expand upon traditional models.
