1. To understand and familiarize oneself with the interview process for Higher Specialty Training numbers in Trauma and Orthopaedics. 2. To learn and gain insights on the strategies used for preparation for each station during the interview process. 3. To develop an understanding of what the interview team might be looking for and what questions they might ask. 4. To build skills in answering potential interview questions effectively and presenting oneself as a competent and desirable candidate for the program. 5. To engage in discussion with those who have successfully undergone the process, ask questions and gain tips on how to optimally navigate the process for personal success.
