Learning objectives

1. Participants will be able to identify all major muscles in the upper limb and describe their function and innervation. 2. Participants will be able to contrast the individual movements of the shoulder, elbow and wrist, and list which muscles from the upper limb are active in each movement. 3. Participants will be able to accurately describe the blood supply to the upper limb and its impact on pathology. 4. Participants will be able to describe the clinical relevance of the different anatomical locations in the upper limb and explain the relevance of their locations for common clinical procedures. 5.Participants will be able to correctly describe the surface anatomy of the different anatomical regions in the upper limb.
