1. At the end of the session, participants will be able to identify each of the members of the executive board and their respective roles and responsibilities within GIMSOC. 2. Participants will develop a clearer understanding of the event’s organizational structure and hierarchy. 3. Participants will recognize how GIMSOC shapes a vibrant learning and working environment for medical students. 4. Participants will appreciate the importance of communication and interaction among the executive board members, and learn how it supports GIMSOC’s operations. 5. Participants will gain insight into the greater medical community by getting to know the GIMSOC executive board members.
