Hi everyone! GUOS is kicking things off for the new academic year with our first event, a free online “Introduction to Ophthalmology'' talk delivered by Dr Sahib Y. Tuteja MBChB, an ST2 ophthalmology trainee based in the West of Scotland.

Dr Tuteja will introduce ophthalmology as a speciality, discuss the training structure and the personal and day-to-day experience of an ophthalmology trainee! Whether you are set on pursuing ophthalmology in future or don’t quite know what it entails but would like to find out more, this is the talk for you!

This talk is free to attend and everyone is welcome, students from Glasgow university and all other universities are encouraged to come along!
