SFP = Specialised Foundation Programme is an academic variant of the normal foundation programme which provides opportunity to have dedicated time in training for research or medical education or leadership. There is an additional application process to this which requires evidence of portfolio and short-answer questions known as White Space Questions. If successful, applicants are then invited to an interview.
